Adeel Hakim

Adeel Hakim is currently the Vice President of Training and Development at Teleperformance, where they lead innovative training solutions. With previous experience as a Senior Director of Training and an Associate Vice President, Adeel has demonstrated expertise in new-age training technologies and client relationship management. Prior to their role at Teleperformance, Adeel served as a Training Manager in the Technical Solutions Group at Quatrro and held various training positions at SITEL, where they focused on enhancing training effectiveness and supporting new trainers. Adeel earned a BBA in Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Instructional Design at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
