Adel Emad

Adel Emad has extensive experience in IT network management, currently serving as an IT Network Manager at Teleperformance Egypt since January 2019, where responsibilities include directing the acquisition, installation, and testing of network hardware while securing and connecting private networks across multiple sites. From January 2013 to the present, Adel has also held the position of Senior Voice and Data Network Administrator, managing network switches and routers while stepping in as the delegate IT Manager when needed. Prior experience as an IT Network Engineer at Teleperformance Egypt involved planning IT network infrastructure and implementing network projects, while early career as a Technical Support Representative focused on providing efficient support to business clients and addressing hardware and software issues. Adel Emad holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Cairo Manarat School.
