Akis Keromitis

Akis Keromitis is currently the Training Director at Teleperformance Greece, where they lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality training services to over 60 brands in the customer experience industry. With more than 20 years of experience in training and development, Akis has previously served as the Training & Development Manager, overseeing extensive training programs and significantly contributing to employee promotions and project initiatives. They hold a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies, and are a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional. Akis is fluent in Greek, English, and Italian, and has a passion for learning new languages and cultures.
