Alan Carvalho

Alan Carvalho has extensive experience in project management and IT leadership, with a career spanning over two decades. At Atento Brasil, from March 2017 to July 2021, Alan served as a Gerente de projetos, managing various projects including a large-scale transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, as Gestor de TI at Atento Brasil, Alan led multidisciplinary teams and was responsible for service level agreements, crisis management, and vendor selection processes. Alan also held the position of Gerente líder de equipe, overseeing global project teams and KPI tracking. Earlier in his career, Alan served as Coordenador de TI at TeleTech and worked as a Supervisor at Teleperformance. Alan holds a degree in Propaganda e Marketing from Universidade Paulista and an Executive MBA in Gestão de Projetos from UNOPAR.
