Amine BOUAFIF

Amine Bouafif is a dedicated IT service manager with extensive experience in managing IT teams and infrastructures across multiple sites. From 2016 to 2022, Amine served as the IT service manager at Teleperformance Madagascar, where they oversaw IT operations, developed annual budgets, and ensured service quality. Currently, Amine continues in the same role at Teleperformance FSM, now supervising operations in Madagascar and Tunisia, while preparing for new expansions in Africa. Amine has also held various technical roles, including systems administration and network administration, and holds certifications in multimedia and security.
