Ana Balboa

Ana Balboa is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in brand management, internal communications, and event coordination. Ana began a career as a Marketing Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where key achievements included developing a strategic marketing plan that significantly increased attendance for Gopher Women's Hockey. Following this role, Ana advanced to positions at Teleperformance, including External & Internal Marketing Sr. Manager and Corporate Communications Manager, where responsibilities encompassed creating brand awareness and enhancing employee engagement across multiple regions. With experience as an Internal Communications Specialist at Johnson Controls and as a Project Manager at row27 studios, Ana has demonstrated expertise in managing communications strategies and client relationships within the sports and corporate sectors. Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources & Industrial Relations and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
