Ana Troca

Ana Troca is currently the HR Onboarding Director at Teleperformance Portugal, where they oversee the onboarding process for new employees. They began their career at Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative from 2001 to 2004 before transitioning into various HR roles, including HR Support & Payroll Manager and Employee Support. Ana previously worked as a Social Educator at the Ministério da Segurança Social e do Trabalho from 2004 to 2006, focusing on social inclusion and community intervention projects. They hold an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from ISCTE Executive Education, completed in 2018.
