Andy Rangel

Andy Rangel is the Chief Executive Officer for Multilingual Hubs APAC at Teleperformance, overseeing operations in Malaysia and Thailand since January 2019. In this role, Andy also serves as Chief Client Officer, managing end-to-end client service delivery across the organization with a focus on strategic leadership and business transformation. Prior to Teleperformance, Andy held various senior leadership positions at STARTEK from April 2005 to December 2018, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development for Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included service delivery, P&L management, and client satisfaction. Andy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Regis University.
