Arnold Elias

Arnold Elias is an experienced project management professional with a proven track record in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at Teleperformance since December 2018, Arnold previously worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft from September 2011 to December 2018, focusing on program management and operational support in the EMEA telecoms space. Prior to that, Arnold held the role of Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard from 2001 to 2010, leading various global projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency across call centers. Arnold began the career as a Project Manager at Compaq Customer Services Center from 1997 to 2001, specializing in consultancy for warranty support solutions. Arnold holds an IPMA-C certification from the Institute of Project Management Ireland, obtained in 2008, and a Diploma in Applied Project Management from the same institution, completed in 2001.
