Bárbara Serna

Bárbara Serna is the Director of Global Client Risk at Teleperformance, where they manage the Global Client Risk Team and oversee Security Risk Assessments for clients. They previously held various roles at Teleperformance, including Security Project Manager, where they coordinated security initiatives across multiple countries. Bárbara began their career at Teleperformance Mexico in 2008 as a Phone Recruiter and later progressed through positions such as Bilingual Agent and Project Manager. They earned a degree in Marketing and English from Universidad Regiomontana, A.C. in 2011.
