Ben Kirby has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles focused on learning, development, and talent attraction. Currently serving as the Global SVP of Learning and Development at Teleperformance since November 2008, Ben has also held roles as Global VP of Talent Attraction and Development, Global Training Project Manager, and International Training Manager within the same company. Prior to Teleperformance, Ben gained valuable experience as an Account Manager at Broadsystem, Capita Business Services, and Recall Recruitment from 1999 to 2007. Ben earned a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff, between 1996 and 1999.
