Bruno Veiga has over eight years of experience in the contact center and gaming industry, currently serving as the Assistant Contact Center Manager at Teleperformance since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing a team of supervisors for the Community and Trust & Safety teams. Prior roles at Teleperformance include Supervisor for Trust and Safety/Fair-Play, Supervisor for Portuguese player support, Game Champion, and Customer Service Representative. Before joining Teleperformance, Bruno worked as a Translator at Viva Translations, specializing in software localization and IT translation. Bruno holds a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universidade de Aveiro, completed in 2012 and 2010, respectively.
