Caroline Brown

Caroline Brown is currently the EWAP Regional Director of Ops Security, bringing extensive experience in operational security and compliance from previous roles at Teleperformance and RESPONSE. Their career began at GE Capital, where they held various managerial positions, including Mail Bureau Team Manager and Collections Team Manager. They also served as the Operational Security Manager for the UK and South Africa, and worked as a Fraud Auditor at Teleperformance from 2015 to 2021. Caroline received education at Marr College from 1982 to 1984.
