Cátia Silva has over a decade of experience in research and analytics, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of the Business Insights Lab at Teleperformance since April 2013, where previous roles included CX Lab Manager and Research & Analytics Specialist. Prior to Teleperformance, Cátia worked at Millward Brown from November 2008 to March 2013, holding the position of Research Executive and managing various projects. Cátia's academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Marketing Research and CRM from NOVA IMS Information Management School (2014-2015) and a bachelor's degree from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2001-2007).
