Daniel Bercian

Daniel Bercian has extensive experience in client solutions and operations management, holding various leadership roles at Teleperformance from September 2019 to May 2023, including Director of Client Solutions and Regional Workforce Senior Manager. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Workforce Analyst II and I at Blackhawk Network from February 2014 to July 2016 and served as a Workforce Management Analyst at Teleperformance El Salvador between July 2009 and January 2014. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Escuela Superior Internacional and a degree in Telecommunications from ITCA Fepade, showcasing a strong foundation in business and technical skills.
