Daniel Trueman

Daniel Trueman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and operational management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Teleperformance since January 2012 and as a founding member of the Games Europe CX Guild since March 2015, Daniel plays a pivotal role in enhancing player experiences within the gaming industry. Prior experience includes significant roles as Account Director EMEA at Stream Global Services, where operational improvements led to a 178% increase in sales performance while reducing costs, and Business Manager at BT Global Services, overseeing outsourced call center operations. Daniel's career commenced in technical support management roles at Compaq Computer Corporation and Stream Global Services, along with an early position at HP as Transition Manager. Daniel holds an education from the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education.
