Devashish Bharti

Devashish Bharti is an experienced Major Incident Manager currently at Teleperformance since April 2024. Previously, Devashish served as an Incident and Problem Manager at GreyOrange from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing incident management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices and orchestrating responses to major incidents. Devashish also held the role of Incident Manager at GreyOrange, managing alerts from monitoring tools and ensuring the accuracy of incident and problem management tickets. Prior to that, Devashish worked as a Web Consultant at Ivan Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and as a French Teacher at Narayana Educational Society. Educated at Amity University with a B.A. (Hons.) in French and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University, Devashish possesses a diverse background in both technical and educational fields.
