Emma Brien has a diverse background in human resources and business analysis, holding various positions since October 2019. At Firstsource, Emma served as a Human Resources Officer and Administrator before transitioning to a Business Analyst role at Ulster Bank. Following this, Emma joined Teleperformance in February 2022 as an HR Business Partner, eventually advancing to Senior Human Resources Business Partner by June 2024. Emma’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Business with Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde, complemented by studies in International Business with Human Resource Management and Finance at Auckland University of Technology. Emma also completed A-Levels at Ballyclare High School, attaining AAB.
