Eric Garcia

Eric Garcia has been a key figure at Teleperformance since May 1998, currently serving as the Directeur Sécurité IT, where responsibilities include implementing group information security policies, assessing risks related to information systems and data, coordinating security measures, and overseeing the execution of security action plans. With a strong emphasis on compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS and ISO27001:2013, Eric regularly conducts risk assessments and internal security audits, while also focusing on training staff on data security and cybercrime. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions in IT support and infrastructure at Teleperformance, and served as Responsable Technique Micro&Reseaux at Vobis, and Commercial Entreprise at PC Warehouse. Eric holds a Licence in Systèmes Informatiques from Université de Bordeaux.
