Gretel Lay

Gretel Lay is a professional with a background in Business Administration and Management, having obtained a Licentiate degree from Universidad de Lima between 2015 and 2021. Gretel began the career journey at Grupo Swiss Perú SAC as an Asistente administrativo ejecutivo from January 2020 to April 2020. Following that role, Gretel expanded expertise at Teleperformance from April 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included positions as Practicante Administrativo, Analista Bilingüe de Reclutamiento y Selección, and Asistente Bilingüe de Reclutamiento.
