Helen Pidduck

Helen Pidduck has over 16 years of experience at Teleperformance, serving in various roles including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and currently as Account Director, where responsibilities involve managing a significant public sector client with an annual turnover exceeding £10 million. Prior experience as an Account Manager at lbm from 2005 to 2007, and as Operations Manager at BT from 1998 to 2005 further contributed to a solid foundation in client management and operational oversight. Helen holds a degree in French from the University of Liverpool, completed between 1989 and 1993, and attended Glenlola Collegiate Bangor from 1982 to 1989.
