Ihor Titov is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in process improvement and client services. They served as Co Project Manager at NGO "Poruch" from 2016 to 2018 and co-founded NEED: animation studio, where they held the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2019.
