Ishan Bali

Ishan Bali is the Head of Business Continuity and SOC (Admin and Compliance) at Teleperformance, bringing over 14 years of experience in Information Security, including Implementation, Risk Assessment, and Business Continuity Management. They have managed certification audits and established offshore development centers, and possess knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000. Previously, Ishan held senior positions at Ernst & Young, Boston Scientific, and EXL Services Limited, among others. Ishan earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
