Ismar Sarvan

Ismar Sarvan is currently the Operations Director at Teleperformance Bosnia and Hercegovina, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Ismar served as Contact Center Manager and Site Manager, and Assistant Contact Center Manager at the same company. With earlier experience as a Supervisor and Call Agent at Teleperformance, as well as work as a Freelancer on Upwork, Ismar has developed a robust background in contact center operations. Ismar holds a Bachelor's degree in Geotourism, Tourism, and Geography/management from Visoka skola za turizam i menadzment Konjic and a degree in Geography and Environmental Protection from the Faculty of Science, University of Sarajevo.
