Jack Wright

Jack Wright is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer operations and telecommunications. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Teleperformance since August 2023, Jack previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at AT&T Mobility from January 2004 to June 2021. Jack's extensive experience includes roles such as Vice President of Customer Care at Worldcom Wireless (2001-2003) and Vice President of Customer Operations at SkyTel (1988-2001), where responsibilities included managing the inbound telemarketing sales channel and P&L oversight. Earlier in Jack's career, a position as Territory Manager at Baxter Healthcare (1983-1987) contributed to foundational management skills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Southern Mississippi (1979-1981) and an Associate’s degree in Business from Hinds Community College (1977-1979).
