James Beattie is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in managing recruitment teams and processes. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at Teleperformance since April 2018, James has overseen volume recruitment across Scotland and Northern Ireland. James has also held roles as Recruitment Delivery Manager for the UK and Scotland & NI, Lead Recruitment Business Partner for the UK, and Recruitment Business Partner. Prior to Teleperformance, James worked as an Employment Consultant at Armstrong Works, assisting long-term job seekers through the Government Steps2Success scheme, and as an Employment Advisor at Ingeus.
