Jamie Wallace has been a contact center and collections executive for over two decades. Jamie began their career in 1999 as a director of operations at Capital One. In this role, they developed the extended enterprise strategy for Capital One and managed an external network of 2000+ FTE to deliver operational improvements and cost savings.

In 2006, Jamie became president of a contact center and collections company. Jamie led the company through massive transformations in the contact center space and developed comprehensive strategies for operational execution plans, expansion into new geographies and markets, and profitable growth while leading the industry in compliance and customer experience.

Jamie is currently the VP of business development at Teleperformance. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company.

Jamie Wallace completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in marketing from Radford University. Jamie then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in business administration and management from Averett University.
