Jeff Cordell

Jeff Cordell serves as President and CEO of Health Advocate, leading a team of over 1,500 healthcare experts in delivering Population Health Services through a “High Tech and Human Touch” approach. Previously, Jeff held the position of CIO/CTO for Specialized Services at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included overseeing the digital transformation of various business units, including Health Advocate. As Chief Information Officer at LanguageLine Solutions, Jeff spearheaded a digital transformation that doubled company revenue from $250 million to over $500 million and facilitated a successful acquisition by Teleperformance. Earlier in their career, Jeff held senior technology roles at West Corporation and Mshow Web Conferencing, and began their professional journey as a Communications Officer in the United States Air Force. Jeff Cordell earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
