Jeramie Lim is currently the Global LMS & Reports Manager at Teleperformance Philippines, where they lead a team in Global eLearning, generating metrics and statistical data for stakeholders while innovating new applications using VBA. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from Ateneo de Zamboanga University, they have over five years of combined experience in business analysis, financial planning, data analysis, and reporting. Previously, Jeramie worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Equinix, where they led a team, and contributed significantly to process automation and reporting improvements. Prior to that, they served as a Business Analyst at both IBM and IBEX, excelling in analytical operations and support services.
