Joy Donatus

Joy Donatus has a diverse background in both bookkeeping and network operations, with experience spanning from April 2009 to the present. Joy began as a Bookkeeper at Corpus Christi CTCS, focusing on financial records management and customer relations. Transitioning to Energy Vision Nigeria, Joy served as an NOC Operator and later as NOC Team Lead, responsible for monitoring telecommunication network alarms and training new team members. Joy's expertise continued to develop at IPT PowerTech Group, where monitoring and troubleshooting of networks were key responsibilities. Currently, at Teleperformance, Joy excels as a Customer Support Specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution. Educational qualifications include a degree in Physics from the University of Benin and multiple certifications in data analysis, web development, and software development.
