Jülide Marangoz

Jülide Marangoz is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at TP, where they focus on people & culture and customer experience leadership. With 25 years of experience in Customer Services BPO, Jülide has held various management roles at companies including TP Türkiye and Telephone Doctor Türkiye, developing strategies for business growth and customer relationship management. They have also served as a columnist for BTHaber, professional coach, and mentor. Jülide holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Management from Medipol University and a Bachelor's in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University.
