Kamil Svec

Kamil Svec is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Regional Chief People Officer at TP, overseeing a workforce of over 65,000 across multiple countries, including Egypt, Greece, Portugal, Spain, and Romania. Prior to this role, Kamil was the Global Head of People at Telefónica Tech, where responsibilities included managing the Cyber & Cloud Company division and facilitating rapid growth in employee numbers across 20 countries. With a career that includes significant positions at Telefónica in various capacities—such as HR Manager, People Transformation Tribe Lead, and Global Head of HR Experts—Kamil has also held roles at CETIN, O2 Czech Republic, and Moravia, along with consulting positions at Hewitt Associates and Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include a CEMS Master's in International Management from Copenhagen Business School, and Kamil has participated in the Telefónica Global Management Programme at IESE Business School.
