Karina Bertolla

Karina Bertolla has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Corporate Communication. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager of Human and Organizational Development at Teleperformance. Previously, Karina held roles at Mondial Assistance Brasil and Allianz Partners, where they specialized in internal communication, training, and corporate social responsibility. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism at the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and hold an MBA in Strategic People Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Karina is also pursuing a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language at ILAC International College in Toronto.
