Karine Jan has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Teleperformance organization, occupying positions since November 2008, including CEO of Teleperformance France and Chief Transformation Officer for the French-speaking market. Karine Jan has also served as Executive Vice President of Global Process & Employee Engagement and held various operational and auditing roles within the CEMEA region. Prior to joining Teleperformance, Karine Jan was the European Quality & Training Director and France Training & Quality Director at Teleperformance Technical Help, overseeing quality management and training across multiple sites. Earlier experience includes a project leadership position at HP, focusing on the creation of a global Technical Knowledge Base. Karine Jan holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Université de Poitiers.
