Konrad Jamrocha

Konrad Jamrocha is the Head of Quality at Teleperformance, where they lead quality assurance efforts following their prior roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Team Manager. With extensive experience in management and quality assurance, Konrad has a proven track record of working collaboratively to achieve objectives. They began their career in customer service and manufacturing, holding positions at Poczta Polska S. A. and Ashley Ann Ltd. Konrad earned a Licencjat and a Magister in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Prywatna Wyższa Szkoła Ochrony Środowiska and Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Bronisława Czecha w Krakowie, respectively.
