Lisa Dolan

Lisa Dolan currently serves as the Regional VP of Employee Experience for TP UKISSA, overseeing employee engagement and development across the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. With prior roles including VP of People Operations and Head of Employee Engagement, Lisa has a proven track record in fostering a culture of belonging, trust, and inclusivity within organizations. Previous experience includes managing employee engagement programs at Concentrix and driving quality assurance initiatives at Serco and Convergys. Additionally, Lisa contributes as a Communication, Graphic Design & Marketing Volunteer for the RSPCA, focusing on promoting animal welfare. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Media & Communication Studies from Edge Hill University.
