Lolys Morales

Lolys Morales is a seasoned professional in training, consulting, and coaching, currently engaged with GrahamRoss Training. They have held various roles in Teleperformance Mexico since 2010, including Human Resources Development Manager and Performance Development Manager, where they focus on developing training programs across different leadership levels. Previously, Lolys served as a Learning Manager at SITEL and spent years supporting international subsidiaries as an International Training Manager. They hold a degree in Applied Linguistics with an emphasis on Translation from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and are pursuing additional studies in simultaneous translation at Centro de Idiomas de La Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
