Lorna Ryan

Lorna Ryan is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as the HR TUPE & Change Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Teleperformance since July 2017, Lorna provides expert guidance on HR practices across multiple sites and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance business performance. Previously, Lorna held roles as Lead Employee Resource and Relations Executive at Teleperformance, and as a Recruitment Advisor at both Serco and N Brown Group, focusing on high-volume recruitment for contact centre and operational staff. Lorna holds a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University and a CIPD certification in Human Resources from Oldham College.
