Luís Coelho

Luís Coelho is a Global Project Management Professional (PMP®) with extensive experience in managing Customer Experience and Trust & Safety teams to align with strategic goals. They have successfully launched and stabilized projects with up to 450 FTEs across various sectors, including Online Advertising, e-commerce, and Banking. Luís has held significant roles as Program Manager at TAP Air Portugal and Teleperformance, as well as Global PMO Director for Trust & Safety. They pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2010 to 2012.
