Luís Duarte

Luís Duarte is the Operations Director at Teleperformance Portugal, where they lead operational strategies. Prior to this role, they served as a Regional Account Manager at Teleperformance from 2017 to 2020 and held various positions including Customer Service Coordinator at Novis and Contact Center Manager at Staples. Luís began their career as a Team Leader at Optimus and has also worked at Oniway and Auchan in management roles. They are currently pursuing a degree in Engenharia de Electrónica e Computadores at Escola Superior de Tecnologia de Setúbal, having previously obtained a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal.
