Mags Naidoo is the Director of Product & Solutions at Teleperformance, where they lead AI product management and drive digital transformation initiatives across the UK, Ireland, and Sub-Saharan Africa. With over a decade of experience in digital product development and information systems, Mags has played pivotal roles in various sectors including telecommunications, public health, and manufacturing. Previously, they served as a Team Lead at ADC Energy and held positions at the University of Cape Town, where they developed the OpenIHP electronic medical record system utilized during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mags holds multiple degrees in Information Technology and Business Project Management from the University of South Africa and the University of Cape Town.
