Marisa Marques has extensive experience in quality management and training within the call center industry. Currently serving as the Business Quality Director at Teleperformance since July 2009, Marisa has held various leadership roles, including Business Quality Manager and Quality & Training Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing teams focused on quality assurance and training. Previously, Marisa worked at Randstad as a Supervisor from January 2001 to July 2009. Marisa holds a Licentiate degree in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Universidade Nova Lisboa, completed between 1998 and 2001.
