Mark Dundas

Mark Dundas is currently the Associate Vice President of Operations at TP, where they oversee operations with a focus on lean methodologies and compliance. With extensive experience in managing remote teams of over 500 members, Mark previously held senior roles at BT, Amazon, and Vodafone, achieving notable efficiencies and improvements in client outcomes. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University, which complements their practical expertise in strategic planning and operational improvement. Mark also serves as a board member for the Contact Centre Network NI.
