Mark Vanderveen has a diverse professional background in marketing and customer experience. From August 2010 to August 2012, Mark served as Assistant Manager of Marketing at ABRA Motors (Volkswagen India), where responsibilities included developing marketing plans, managing promotional activities with a budget of approximately $500 K, and launching products through various media channels. Mark pursued academic advancement with degrees in mathematics and business management from Loyola College and Loyola Institute Of Business Administration, culminating in a Master of Arts from the University of Madras. Since January 2017, Mark has been a Customer Experience Advisor at Teleperformance Canada, focusing on social media marketing promotions, compliance, and customer service while also contributing to process improvements and maintaining audit standards.
