Melanie Ferris

Melanie Ferris is the Senior Director of Operations at TP, where they oversee account level operations for multiple clients, focusing on team dynamics and contact center KPIs. Prior to this role, Melanie served as a Contact Center Manager and later as a Director of Operations at Teleperformance from 2011 to 2020. They hold a degree from Saint Bonaventure University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003.
