Michel Schmidt

Michel Schmidt is the Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance German Speaking Markets (GSM), a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as CEO and CFO at Teleperformance Germany Group from 2018 to 2023, showcasing their leadership in the customer experience industry. Michel has also accumulated extensive financial expertise through various roles, including Finance Director at TTI Group and Kwintet Group, as well as interim management positions. They hold a Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Jena and have furthered their education with a graduate degree from Golden Gate University.
