MOHD DARUS is a well-rounded professional with a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in various roles. Beginning as an Assistant Engineer at Inari Technology Sdn Bhd in 2016, responsibilities included assisting in equipment setup and maintenance. MOHD contributed as an Assistant Engineer in a subsequent role, focusing on the maintenance and repair of machinery. From 2020 to 2024, MOHD co-owned Mansoor Halia Cafe, successfully serving a large customer base while managing operations. In 2024, MOHD transitioned to Teleperformance as a Real Time Analyst, monitoring workforce efficiency and agent performance.
