Nick Short is currently the Solutions Director at Teleperformance UK, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Nick worked as a CRM Solutions Architect at both IBM Global Process Services and Concentrix from 2008 to 2018, where they designed and managed customer relationship management systems.
