Philipp Grimm is an experienced professional in global business development and customer experience management. Currently serving as SVP Global Business Development at Teleperformance since April 2018, Philipp focuses on enhancing client engagement throughout the customer lifecycle across five continents. Concurrently, Philipp is a part-time lecturer in Service Management at the University of Bayreuth. Prior to these roles, Philipp was with SELLBYTEL Group, where leadership spanned multiple sales-related functions and client management for top global accounts. Philipp's career began with internships at DaimlerChrysler AG and Cicero Marketing. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Bayreuth and further education in management and leadership at Babson College.
