Pierre Berube

Pierre Berube is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, quality, learning and development, and shared services within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Teleperformance since December 2011, Pierre has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Training, driving transformation and performance improvement. Prior to Teleperformance, Pierre worked at Bell from 2001 to 2011, where contributions included launching offshore customer service initiatives in the Philippines and expanding services in Canada. Educational background includes studies at UQAM and collège communautaires du Nouveau-Brunswick, culminating in a high school degree from Cité Des Jeunes A. M. Sormany.
